Luo Changjun, a major grower in Longtianping Village, has never worried about quality and sales since he planted citrus. Every November, the navel oranges produced in his orchard, large and sweet, are favored by customers.

“This year, due to favorable weather, there are nearly 10,000 to 15,000 kilograms of navel oranges produced. The suppliers in our village help us promote them, and our lives are getting better,” said Luo Changjun.

This year, Hongshilin Town has planted a total of 16,000 mu (about 1,066.67 hectares) of citrus, with an expected output of 8.75 million kilograms and an income of 25 million yuan. The citrus industry has become one of the characteristic industries of villages.
